Leaders make the difference in every aspect of church life. I think about where I would be without the people on my team especially the 4 that oversee the 8 of our voltage services. Leaders bring vision, they bring direction, they bring atmosphere…. They bring everything that makes something attractive!! Without the leaders I have we would not be able to minister to the kids in the way we do and have the influence that is needed to change the generations.
Pastor Brian has been talking about a culture of encouragment and I always want to be a leader who encourages because that encouagment might be the thing that sparks a new idea in a leader or the thing that takes a leader to the next level. Let’s always be leaders and people who encourage and walk along side people because we never know what our encouragment will do in peoples lives!!!
… On that note let me take a moment and encourage a few people… Jade, jb, Nickey, and Ian. You guys are amazing and I hope you know how much you mean to our kids minitry!!! You guys seriously are the best and I am blessed to be doing this journey with you all!!!! All my voltage peeps, are amazing and I love you all!!!!!!!
