Well last night some friends of mine including myself celebrated another friends birthday by going to see the stage version of one of our favourite movies…… High School Musical!!!!! Now one of my alter egos is Troy Bolton….. If I lived in America I sure would try to be him……I love HSM heaps, and I was amped for this show…. Now here are my thoughts on the show…. I think that when everyone was singing together it sounded absolutely amazing, great harmony…..however, when it was a duet, the singing was not quite up to par or at least what I was expecting. Besides looking at the negatives it was an entertaining show and heaps of fun for all ages. The one last thing I must must comment on is their accents…Their american accents were shocking!!!!! I just could not help but laugh at them….Those are my thoughts on the show and I do reccomend it to anyone…. Now at Hillsong Kids we have done 2 musicals at our annual conference Kidsong World…I must say that we do a fantastic job with our musicals and are definitely at just about the same level as what we witnessed……on a personal note….I think I could have played Troy Bolton in the musical….hahaha I love this stuff……Mike out
