I have been on the phone for 17 minutes and 23 seconds with Optus trying to figure out my bill. They have stuffed up my bill for the second month in a row and when they said it was fixed and it wouldnt happen again it did… All I want is to pay the correct amount and for them to fix their mistakes. They are saying nothing happened from the last time I called. I have been on hold waiting for a supervisor for about 7 minutes….Why can’t they just remember the old modo “the customer is always right” and then everything will be perfect and ill go about my day and all will end well…..and i have now been on the phone for….. 21 minutes and 6 seconds….. I hope i get to eat lunch soon
