I love this quote that I saw ok twitter one day from Joel A’bell who is an executive pastor at Hillsong church. It said “if you’re too big to setup the stage, you’re too small to stand on it”. How true is that??? I can’t stand all these people talking about the big things they wanna do for God, but when it comes to doing what’s in their hand right now they are too good for it.
When i first started team leadingi got pit on the 115pm service for allstars and on a good week we would have 7 kids. It killed me cus I wanted to all these awesome games and I had so many ideas, but for a whole year I took that service and it was my baby!!! And at the end of the year I was asked to pioneer voltage which is our preteen ministry. I look after many leaders and a lot of students, but it never would have happened if I wasn’t faithful with 7 kids. If you’re faithful with the small you can be faithful with the large. Some people need to get that…
